Description | VBS150CNC - vertical CNC - controlled vertical band saw machine of very high quality for automatic sawing of any contours, rotatable band saw band - saw band holder can be swivelled by 90 °, thanks to the FANUC® CNC control plus CAD / CAM software it is possible to create free contours with the Cutting machines out of the raw material. Smallest cutting radius 40 mm, largest workpiece height 150 mm, working area 2.500 mm x 1.250 mm, saw band dimensions 5.900 x 13 mm. The machines can handle all easily machinable materials such as wood, aluminium, composite materials - such as Alucobond®, fiber cement boards - such as Eternit®, synthetic resin boards - such as Fundermax®, HPL - laminates, melamine resin boards such as Trespa® - Meteon® - Senoplan®, mineral materials such as Corian®, Plasterboard, mineral fiber boards such as Fermacell®. The workpiece is clamped with clamping elements and moved by them. |
