Max. output: 8000 bottles / h, bottle dimensions: 50-95x140-340mm, filling height: 20-70mm, length: 2960mm, width: 2830mm, height: 3250mm, weight filler, substructure, cladding and accessories: 7.8t, the filler is designed for filling still fruit juice at 85°C, the following closures can be processed via the quick-change adapter (set-up time per head 1min), aluminum screw cap 28 TS RO PP (MCA28), VC 30x60 (BVS 30 / 60) and pick & place plastic screw cap with 38mm magnetic torque head, with adjustable bottle guide stars in the infeed and discharge, quick-change profiles for frogs, remote maintenance possible, motorised fill level regulation in the range of 50mm, boiler quick emptying, cleaning of the valves via cleaning tray possible, nozzles for valve external cleaning, glass bottles via centring tulip holder under filling valve and PET bottles with neck-handling adapter.
